It is important to plan in advance for your health and to be prepared. Abbotsford family doctor Dr. Ken Dueck says that one of the best “gifts” you can give your loved ones is to document your health wishes and preferences. Then, if something happens and you are unable to speak for yourself, it will still be clear to everyone what you would want.
